We will have to explore dungeons, fight enemies in turn-based battles where our soldiers will be lined up one after another just like in Darkest Dungeon.
Iratus Lord of The Dead will put us in the role of the villain Iratus, and we must try to escape from the prison where IRATUS has been held for many years. Perhaps the game most inspired by Darkest Dungeon, I would almost say a tribute to the title of Red Hook Studios. As always for each game, you will find a video trailer and link to the steam page.
DUNGEON RAMPAGE TRAILER UPDATE
In this list that I will update often, each game has some of these features. But before we start let’s see the features I have considered for this list: I will not talk about Darkest Dungeon because if you’re looking for similar games it means that you know the game very well and you do not need to know anything else. Here you will find games that are inspired by Darkest Dungeon and which reproduce at least some of its mechanics. So you’ve come to the right place this time. It's unknown whether the objective will be to kill or repel the monsters, but there's a good chance that Capcom will reveal more in-depth information on the Rampage before Monster Hunter Rise releases on March 26th.Are you looking for games like Darkest Dungeon? When you type on your search engine “games like Darkest Dungeon” or “ Darkest Dungeon similar games” you only get generic results and often you come across lists that contain games that have nothing in common with the famous Red Hook Studios title? The concept of defending the town gates against a giant dragon has been prominent in the Monster Hunter series before, but never has there been a quest where hunters have to deal with many different monsters at once. However this new monster variant works, what's clear is that they will play a significant role in the Rampage quests, perhaps as the final obstacle for hunters to overcome in the quests. So while the exact properties of these Apex monsters are still unknown, the frenzy virus from past Monster Hunter games does not appear to be involved in their creation. In the French trailer, the Apex Arzuros is referred to as the Superior Arzuros. Not only do their designs look different than Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate's Apexes, the term Apex is not what they're dubbed as in other languages. This does not appear to be the case with these kinds of Apex monsters. In that game, Apex monsters were caused as a result of overcoming the frenzy virus, the latter of which being the main story focus. It's currently unknown what exact properties the Apex monsters will possess, but one thing that's near certain is that this is not the same type of Apex monster from Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate on the 3DS. Finally, it revealed that at some point, an Apex monster would challenge the hunters, with this new variant of Arzuros having a darker design to it. This showcase of the Rampage also featured the return of the fearsome Rajang, and shows what riding it is like. Hunters will have a variety of weapons at their disposal to protect the gates, such as ballista, cannons, and what appears to be the Dragonator. It then went on to show a glimpse of the Rampage, a major story aspect in the game that will take the form of special quests where hunters have to defend the gates from a horde of monsters. The new trailer for Monster Hunter Rise began by first showcasing a variety of monsters, such as the previously seen spider monster Rakna-Kadaki. Related: Monster Hunter Rise Will Let You Mount and Control Wyverns The demo was so in demand that when it first released the Nintendo eShop crashed, a promising sign that Monster Hunter Rise could have similar levels of success. This allowed players to get their first taste of how the game's new mechanics would play, such as the wirebug, palamutes, and silkbind attacks.
